Wife, Veteran, Anime Fan!
I’ve been an anime fan since before I knew what anime was. I remember watching a haunting Vampire Hunter D (1985) on TBS late at night as a kid. I also remember watching the disturbing movie Akira (1988). In my early 20s, someone introduced me to Inuyasha. I feel like that’s a lot of people’s introduction to anime. That’s when I watched the movie X.
After that, it would be a few years before anime would enter my life again. That was when my now husband showed me the Snake Road arc of Dragon Ball Z. I’ve been on an anime kick ever since. I started Couch and Chill back in 2016.
Outside of my love for anime, I love Sci-fi, true crime, going out for some hiking or kayaking, reading, and casual video gaming.
I’m also an Army Veteran, amateur plant enthusiast, and HR Professional in the Casino Industry.
